Babitha’s career spans several prominent roles in global companies, including IBM, Micro Focus, and ESI Group. Rising through the ranks to become a Director of Talent Management, she has led transformational HR initiatives, focusing on talent management, performance improvement, and employee engagement. Her expertise in strategic HR planning, job architecture, leadership development, and succession planning has enabled companies to build resilient workforces that adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape.
